The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development (DOTD) hereby issues a request for Qualification Statements (RFQ) from Consulting firms interested in performing the engineering, surveying services, and environmental services as designated for the projects listed below.

Each item includes a brief description of the type of services required. Additional information and specific requirements relative to these projects may be obtained on the DOTD internet home page at www.dotd.louisiana.gov or by contacting Dr. Babak Naghavi at (225) 379-1989. A separate qualification statement submittal is required for each project for which the firm desires to be considered.
