Resolving errors when using SELECT
If you are performing a SELECT statement using a IBM® DB2 Universal Database™ Enterprise Server Edition Command Line Processor (CLP) window, and you see any of the following errors, complete the procedure in this topic.
If you use DB2 Access Views (DAVs) and if your environment's configuration does not allow you to ping your IBM® Lotus® Domino™ server by name, edit the DB2 Access server's Connection document after all related setup steps are complete. To edit the DB2 Access Connection document, complete one of the procedures below.

1. (Recommended method) Complete the procedure Editing the DB2 Access server Connection document.

2. In the field, Optional network address, enter the IP address of the DB2-enabled Domino server. Do not enter the server name itself.

Or

3. From the Domino Administrator, click the Files tab.

4. Open the file, NAMES.NSF, for your DB2 Access server.

5. Open the DB2 Access server's Connection document.

6. In the field, Optional network address, enter the IP address of the DB2-enabled Domino server. Do not enter the server name itself.

7. Save the document.
