Opening a user's mail file
Use the Open Mail File button to open a user's mail file from the IBM® Lotus® Domino™ Administrator client user interface. You can use the Open Mail File button from within an open Person document in the Domino Directory or from the People view in the Administrator client.

From the People view

1. From the Domino Administrator, click the People & Groups tab.

2. Click People and select the person whose mail file you are opening.

3. Click Open Mail File.

From an open Person document

1. Open the Domino Directory containing the user's Person document.

2. Locate the user's name and double-click to open the Person document.

3. Click Open Mail File.
