Resolving error SQL0964C "The transaction log for the database is full"
The error "SQL0964C - The transaction log for the database is full" occurs when you run Fixup on a large IBM® DB2 Universal Database™ Enterprise Server Edition enabled Notes application and an "out of log space" condition occurs.

When this error occurs, the Domino server is unable to process application requests on behalf of DB2 enabled Notes applications. If you need to run Fixup for fixing corrupt folders, and you do not have a replica of the DB2 enabled Notes application, you can allow folder fixup by adding the following Notes.INI setting to your Notes.INI file on the server.


Using this Notes.INI setting for a large DB2 enabled Notes application can render DB2 enabled Notes applications inoperable until the Domino server is restarted.
