Description:

The DB2 access authname command tells you what IBM® DB2 Universal Database™ Enterprise Server Edition user name will be used to execute queries for a specific user and if that user is using the default query view user or a specific mapped name managed using the IBM® Lotus® Domino™ administrator.

Use the DB2 Access Authname command to help you determine the cause of query view execution or authorization problems.

Examples:

db2 access authname "Oscar Hammer/Boston/IBM"

DOMDEFUSER  - Default Query View User

db2 access authname "Mary Oscar/Boston/IBM"

MOSCAR  - Specific mapped user
