Creating a productivity tools settings document
Use the productivity tools settings document to define whether users can use IBM productivity tools and to designate which files and templates they can use. The IBM productivity tools consist of the IBM presentation editor, IBM word processing editor, and IBM spreadsheet editor. These tools enable you to create presentations, rich text documents, and spreadsheets using the OpenDocument Format (ODF). Import and export filters support the Microsoft ® Office and OpenDocument (ODF) formats.

Note Productivity tools policy settings are not supported by IBM® Lotus® Domino™ Web Access

1. Make sure that you have Editor access to the IBM® Lotus® Domino™ Directory and one of these roles:

2. From the Domino Administrator, select the People & Groups tab, and then open the Settings view.

3. Click "Add Settings," and then choose Productivity Tools Settings.

4. On the Basics tab, complete these fields, and then click Save and Close.
