Database cannot be created
There are situations in which IBM® Lotus® Domino™ with IBM® DB2 Universal Database™ Enterprise Server Edition is unable to create the DB2-enabled IBM® Lotus® Notes® database. DB2 returns an error message indicating that the DB2-enabled Notes database cannot be created. For example,
If you are using a version of Notes/Domino released prior to Domino 6.0, DB2 cannot create the DB2 enabled Notes database. The following error is generated: NSFDB2 Databases require Notes/Domino 6.0 or later database versions.
DB2 services are not available. May generate the following error: Domino server is not DB2-enabled or DB2 services were unable to initialize when the server started up.
