Adding a group of servers to the Send menu
If you frequently use the IBM® Lotus® Domino™ Administrator console to send a command to a particular group of servers, add the group to the Send menu:

1. From the Domino Administrator, click Server - Status.

2. Click Server Console.

3. Click the Send menu and select Server Groups.

4. To add a group you created previously during the process of sending a command, click Add Private, select the group, and click Add.

5. To add a group from the Domino Directory, click Add Public, select the group, and click Add. You can add only groups in the Domino Directory that are defined as the group type "Servers only."

6. Click Save. The group now shows in the Send menu.
