Registering IBM Lotus Domino Web Access users
When registering IBM® Lotus® Domino™ users, choose the Domino Web Access mail system, and the MAIL8.NTF mail template. This template contains mail template support for the DominoWeb Access client and the IBM® Lotus® Notes® client.

Note Previous releases included a Domino Web Access mail template, for example DWA7 (DWA7.NTF). For this release, Domino Web Access uses the MAIL (R8) template (MAIL8.NTF).

Follow the instructions for registering new users, and keep the following information in mind:

The mail system, Domino Web Access, does not automatically create a Notes ID for the person. You must select "Create a Notes ID for this person."
When deploying Domino Web Access to a large number of users, make any hierarchical or name changes before registering new users.
To enable the mail usage indicator for users, set a mail quota.
