The Router task causes the server to crash
In many cases, a crash occurs while a particular task is running. You can often determine the task from the crash screen or from the NSD log file. If the crash is related to the Router task, there could be a problem with MAIL.BOX.

1. Rename MAIL.BOX.

2. Restart the server. The server will automatically create a new MAIL.BOX.

3. Copy and paste the messages from the old MAIL.BOX to the new MAIL.BOX.
