Users can't see a list of files on a Web server or access a database
When users try to use the OpenServer command to display a list of files on a Web server and the message "Database browsing not allowed" appears, make sure the option "Allow HTTP clients to browser databases" is enabled in Server document for that server.

If users try to access a database and the message "Unauthorized exception" appears, make sure they have the appropriate access in the database ACL.
