Note The Server and Addin Task Event document is also called a Message document.

1. From the Domino Administrator, open the database, DDM.NSF.

2. From an Event Report that references the Server and Addin Task Event document of interest, click the document link to open that Message document.

3. Click Edit Document.

Note If the Stock Entries tab does not display, click Display Stock Entries. The Stock Entries tab appears.

4. Click the Stock Entries tab, and then click the Probable Cause/Possible Solution tab.

Field	Action
Probable Cause	Specify a new Probable Cause entry or edit an existing one.
Possible Solution	Specify a new Possible Solution entry or edit an existing one.
User comments	Add user comments if necessary.

5. Click Corrective Actions, and then add a new entry or modify existing entries in one or both of these fields:

Field	Action
Corrective Formula	Enter or edit a formula that will correct the error that causes the event. To verify that the formula syntax is correct, click Check Syntax.
Corrective LScript	Enter or edit a LotusScript-based corrective action.

6. Click Save and Close.
