Select one of the following options in the "Unsuccessful Notes login" dialog box to continue:

• "Try to login again" brings you back to the password prompt dialog box, allowing you to re-enter your password or Smartcard PIN.
• "Switch to a different User ID" brings you to the "Choose User ID to Switch To" dialog box, allowing you to choose a different User ID to login to Notes with.
• "Try to recover your password" brings you to the "Choose ID File to Recover" dialog box, allowing you to choose the User ID you need to recover. This starts the User ID recovery process. Your administrator must set up recovery information for your User ID before you can recover your User ID.
• "Exit Notes" closes Notes completely.
