How can I tell if an alarm goes off when Notes isn't running?
You can use Notes Minder to display alarms when Notes isn't running. For information, see Displaying alarms when Notes is not running.
How do I change meeting information?
If you send invitations to a meeting and then need to change the date, time, or location of the meeting, see Rescheduling, canceling, or confirming a meeting invitation.
If you need to edit other meeting details (such as the subject), open the invitation, make your changes, and click Save and Send Invitations to send updated invitations.
If you need to cancel individual invitations, see Removing invitees from a meeting.
If you need to add invitees, see Inviting more people to a meeting.
Why can't I create a new room or resource to reserve?
Rooms and resources are stored individually in your organization's mail directory. To add a room or resource, see your Domino administrator.
Why can't I open someone else's calendar?
To open someone else's calendar you must have "Read public documents" access or at least Reader access to the person's mail file. Others can give you "Read public documents" access to their calendars by delegating access to you; for information, see Delegating access to your schedule information.
How do I print just one line per calendar entry?
In the process of printing the calendar, click Calendar Style in the Print Calendar dialog box. Select Print first line only and click OK.
Why do my to do items show up in my calendar?
By default, Notes displays to do items in the calendar. To change this, see Displaying to do items on the calendar .
