SETTING PREFERENCES

Mail, Calendar & To Do, and Access & Delegation preferences
You can use the Preferences dialog box to specify preferences for your mail application. See Preferences for sending and receiving mail for additional mail preferences among your user preferences.

If tIf the Preferences dialog box is not open, open your mail, click More above the message list, and then click Preferences.
