NOTES APPLICATIONS

To monitor how often a Notes application is accessed
You can monitor how often an IBM® Lotus® Notes® application has been accessed, and which servers and users have been active in it.

Note If the activity has been marked confidential and you are not a Manager of the application, this option is grayed-out.

1. Open a Notes application.

2. Click File > Application > Properties.

3. Click the Info tab.

4. Click User Detail.

5. (Optional) To save the summary, click Copy to Clipboard.
