CONTACTS
Importing and exporting contacts as vCards
You can import and export names into your Contacts from and to electronic business cards called vCard files. A vCard file has the extension VCF and contains one or more contact entries per file. Typical fields in a vCard file are Name, Title, Phone, Fax, Address, City, State, and Zip. When you import a vCard, you import the data from these fields into matching fields in a contact record.
