1. Click View > Search This View.

2. Click More, and then click the Multiple words.

3. In Search for documents containing select whether to search for any terms or all terms and phrases you are going to enter. Typically selecting all terms would return a smaller result set of matching documents than would searching for any terms.

4. In the text boxes, enter the words or phrases.

5. When the condition is complete, click Add to return to the Search in View form and complete the search query, and then click Search to launch the query.
