Customizing properties of a Notes application
Application files have many properties that you can customize, as long as you have the proper access privileges in the IBM® Lotus® Notes® application. You can change the title of an application, the level of encryption on a Notes database that is part of an application, archive settings, Web access settings, printing settings, how an application opens, and much more.

You can view the properties box of an application by opening an application and choosing File > Application > Properties. Each tab offers options for your application.

You can also right-click a bookmark and choose Application > Properties.
