Copying documents and pasting them as a table
You can copy selected documents from an IBM® Lotus® Notes® application and then paste them into a document as a table. When you paste the selected documents, each row of the table contains a link to a document. In addition, the column heads of the table match the column heads in the view from which you copied them. If the documents are from more than one category, you can also select the categories and they will display in the table.

1. Select the documents to copy from the view.

2. Click Edit > Copy as Table.

3. Place the cursor in the document where you want the table and click Edit > Paste.
