NOTES APPLICATIONS

To change what displays when you open a Notes application
You can control what a user sees when an IBM® Lotus® Notes® application opens, if you have Manager or Designer access to the application. For example, you might always want the preview pane to display when an application opens. You can also control how the application opens on the Web. As a default, the application opens on the Web as it opens in Notes.

1. Open an application.

2. Click File > Application > Properties.

3. Click the Launch tab.

4. Choose one of the options in the When opened in the Notes client list and the When opened in a browser list.
