Individual status reports can be found in the Project Information view (to see the status reports, click Project Information > Individual status reports). The status reports are categorized by subteam and then by individual.
To create a new Individual Status Report
To create a new Individual status report, follow these steps:
1. From within TeamRoom, click Project information and then Individual status reports. You can also click Personal Documents and then New individual status report.
2. Click New Individual Status. The Individual Status Report form appears.
3. Click your subteam or [No subteam] from the list that appears in the Subteam box.
4. Enter your report in the body of the form.
5. Upon completion of your report, click Save & Close to exit.
Note The default date for the Week Ending field reflects the week you are currently in. To change this date, click the icon to the right of the field and select a date from the calendar that appears.
To change the status of an existing Individual Status Report from Active to Inactive
To change the status of an existing Individual Status Report from active to inactive:
1. Click the appropriate document in the Individual status reports view.
2. Click Set Status to Inactive. The document will vanish from the view. However, you can find it in the Inactive documents view.
Note You must have at least Editor access to the TeamRoom to change the status of an individual status report that you did not create.
