SETTING PREFERENCES

To disable prompting when forwarding a document with edited attachments
This option lets you set whether you want to be prompted before you forward a document after editing an attachment to that document, in order to ensure that changes to the attachment are saved in the IBM® Lotus® Notes® document. By default, you see the prompt message. You can disable the message the first time you are prompted; or you can set the following Lotus Notes preference.

1. Click File > Preferences > User Preferences.


2. Under Additional Options, click Do not prompt when forwarding a document with edited attachments.

3. Click OK.
