Logging off from instant messaging
Note The features described in this topic are available only if your company has an IBM® Lotus® Sametime® server. The Macintosh version of Lotus Notes® does not support some instant messaging features, for example, instant meetings and multiple-person chats.

After log off, your online status does not appear in other people's mail messages and views, meeting documents, and instant messaging contact lists. You cannot receive instant messages or instant meeting invitations, and you cannot view your instant messaging contact list.

To log off from instant messaging, click File > Instant Messaging > Log Off Instant Messaging.
