Removing meeting invitations from your Inbox
You can have IBM® Lotus® Notes® remove meeting invitations from your Inbox automatically after you respond to them.

1. Click More at the top of the calendar, and then click Preferences.

2. Click Notices.

3. In the Display the following meeting notices in my Inbox field, select either All or All except responses.

4. Select Remove meeting notices from my Inbox after I process them.

5. Click OK.

Note If you delete a meeting invitation from your Inbox rather than respond to it, Notes sends a decline notice to the meeting chair.
