SEARCHING FOR INFORMATION

Refining a Domain Search query
When you use Domain Search to find documents, you can determine how much document information to display in the results and how you want the results to sort.

In the terse result document (the default), the first two columns display icons indicating relevance and type (either application or file). The relevance icon becomes lighter and narrower on results that contain fewer instances of the query.

The next two columns display the date last modified, and the document title. You can select options to show more information.

To sort results by the number of matches (the more matches the document has, the higher it is on the list).

For example, if you search for documents containing the word 'software,' a document containing ten instances of 'software' will be higher in the results list than a document containing one.
