Working with Groups
In addition to using a group to send mail, you can perform the following tasks with groups you have created in your Contacts. From the Contacts > Groups view:

Edit a group entrySelect the group entry and click Edit.
Sort names alphabetically in a mailing list
  1. Select the group entry and click Edit.
  2. Click Sort Member List.
Delete a group entry
  1. Select a group entry.
  2. Click Delete.
  3. The group entry is moved to your Trash view. Switch to that view and click Empty Trash to remove the entry from your Contacts file.
Schedule a meeting with the people in a groupSelect or open the group entry, and then click the Schedule a Meeting button. Schedule a meeting button
Chat with one members of a group
  1. Double-click a group entry.
  2. Click the Chat icon.
  3. Select one or more members of the group and then click OK.
  4. In the “Start Instant Meeting” dialog box, click Send.
