WORKING WITH NOTES DOCUMENTS

Copying, cutting, and pasting data
You can copy, move, and delete the following: plain text, rich text, graphics, tables, and OLE objects, combinations of data types, bitmap files, or metafiles (Macintosh users, PICT files). You can also copy information from a Web page and paste this information into an IBM® Lotus® Notes® document as HTML.

Note You can copy rich text, graphics, tables, and objects only to rich-text fields. When pasting text into a rich-text field, the paragraph alignment at the insertion point is retained for all inserted paragraphs. To change inserted text to "No Wrap," select the pasted text and change the alignment, or change the alignment in the document before pasting, then change back to the original setting afterward.
