Note You can copy rich text, graphics, tables, and objects only to rich-text fields. When pasting text into a rich-text field, the paragraph alignment at the insertion point is retained for all inserted paragraphs. To change inserted text to "No Wrap," select the pasted text and change the alignment, or change the alignment in the document before pasting, then change back to the original setting afterward.

To copy, cut, and paste data

1. Select the data.

2. Do any of the following:

• To copy data, click Edit > Copy.
• To move data, click Edit > Cut.
• To delete data, click Edit > Delete.

• If you copied or cut data to move, click where you want to place the data, then click Edit > Paste.
• If you copied or cut data to move, and you want to change the format of the text or object you are pasting, click where you want to place the data, click Edit > Paste Special, and then select the format you want to paste the data as in the As field (your choices in the As field vary depending on what you have copied to your Clipboard). For example, you can change rich text into plain text by using Paste Special.
