CALENDAR AND TO DO LIST


Repeat options
When you create a calendar entry or to do item and click Repeat, the Repeat Options dialog box displays.

When the Meeting Repeats
OptionDescription
DailySelect an option from Every day to Every 31st day.
WeeklySelect an option from Every week to Every 8th week, and then select one or more weekdays.
Monthly by DateSelect an option from Every month to Every 12th month, and then select one or more dates of the month.

Select Count from the end of the month to count the selected dates back from the end of the month; for example, to repeat on the last date of each month, select 1st day and Count from the end of the month to repeat on June 30, July 31, and so on.

Monthly by DaySelect an option from Every month to Every 12th month, and then select one or more days of the month.

Select Count from the end of the month to count the selected days back from the end of the month.

YearlySelect an option from Every year to Every 10th year.
CustomSelect a date from the date picker and click Add selected date for each date. To remove a date from the custom list, select the date in the list and press Delete.

How Long the Meeting Repeats
OptionDescription
StartingSelect a start date.
toSelect this option to repeat until a specific end date, and then select the end date.
continuing forSelect this option to repeat for a range of time, and then select a number of days, weeks, months, or years.

Specify Exceptions

If any of the repeat instances fall on a weekend day, use the If a Meeting date occurs on a weekend field to specify whether to move, delete, or keep the instances.
