Changing the maximum number of search results
If the value zero (0) appears initially, either a default, server-based setting is being used or a preference for local applications is being used.
Use values between one and 5000 in the
Maximum number of matches
field of the Maximum Results dialog box.
Do not use commas when entering the number (for example, 2000 is okay, but 2,000 is not). If you need the number of results to exceed 5000, call your Domino administrator.
Once you change the setting, it becomes the default in any application you open or create until you enter a new number. For example, if you open your Mail Inbox and set the maximum number of search results at 2000, then close it and open your Human Resources application, the maximum results in the HR application is 2000.
