GETTING STARTED

Viewing user and server activity
The User Activity dialog box shows each IBM® Lotus® Notes® application user or server session, and how many documents a user or server read or wrote during each session (including adds, updates, and deletions), with the most recent activity appearing at the top of the list. In the summary information, "uses" is defined as the number of times users or servers accessed the application and performed at least one read or write.

To disable recording the user activity in an application, deselect Record activity.

To mark the user detail information confidential, so only the Manager(s) of the application can access the User Activity dialog box, select Activity is confidential. You must be a Manager of the application to select this option.

Note The information presented in this dialog box is the same as in the Notes Log, Application Usage, and Application Activity Log Entry.
