Note Your organization must have an IBM Lotus Sametime® server with web conferencing capability to use this feature.

1. Do one of the following:

• Click Place to select an online meeting place from a directory. Then select a directory that contains online meeting places, select a place name, and click OK.
• Type an online meeting place name in the Place field.

• To restrict meeting attendance to only the meeting chair and invitees, select Limit attendance to only meeting invitees. If you select this option, you cannot change it once you have saved and sent the meeting invitation, and invitees cannot delegate the invitation.
• To enable all meeting participants to contribute meeting content, select All participants have permission to present content.
• To require participants to enter a password to attend, type a password in the Meeting Password field. Invitees receive the password in the meeting invitation.
• To specify audio and video options for the meeting, click Options, and then select Computer audio or Computer audio and video.
• To record the meeting, click Options, and then select Record this meeting so others can replay it later.

4. (Optional) To attach files for the meeting, click the attachments icon in the Presentations field.

Invitations to an online meeting contain a Join web conference link that provides invitees direct access to the online meeting place via browser.
