AUTOMATING TASKS USING SIMPLE AGENTS

To turn on scheduled agents
You can run scheduled agents when you start IBM® Lotus® Notes®. These agents allow Lotus Notes to automatically perform tasks you have scheduled, such as sending mail and moving documents into folders.

1. Click File > Preferences > User Preferences.


2. Under Startup and shut down, select Enable scheduled local agents and click OK.
