Using the medical supplemental dictionary when spell checking
You can use the medical supplemental dictionary, along with the default dictionary, when checking spelling in a document. Notes knows to look for words in both dictionaries when you choose the supplemental dictionary for your default.

1. Click File > Preferences > User Preferences.
Macintosh OS X users: Notes > Preferences > User Preferences.

2. Click International > Spell Check.

3. Click the medical supplemental dictionary in the Supplemental Dictionaries list.

4. Click the Set as Default button and then click OK.
