Help for Lotus Notes 8 (basic configuration) - To manage your open windows

To switch to a different open window, select it from the list and click Activate.

To bookmark an open window, select it from the list and click Bookmark Window. In the Add Bookmark dialog, select a folder in the Bookmark Bar or create a new folder, and click OK.

To copy a window as a bookmark that you can paste into a rich-text field, select the window from the list and click Copy as Bookmark.
