Inserting and deleting page breaks
You can add or delete page breaks between paragraphs in a document. You can also indicate which paragraphs and objects need to stay together on one page.

To see where pages break, click View > Show > Page Breaks. A page break displays as a solid line across the screen.

To insert a page break

1. Put the document in Edit mode.

2. Click where you want to insert a page break. If you click in the a paragraph the page break is inserted before the paragraph.

3. Click Create > Page Break.

To keep text, hotspots, or objects on one page

1. Put the document in Edit mode.

2. Click Text > Text Properties.
3. Click the Paragraph Margins tab.

4. In the Pagination section, select one of the following:

To delete existing page breaks

1. Put the document in Edit mode.

2. Locate your cursor at the beginning of the line immediately after the page break.

3. Press Backspace (Macintosh users, Delete).
