Using toolbars
Toolbars contain icon buttons that when clicked perform simple actions like printing a document or opening a database. Toolbars give you a quick alternative to looking through a series of menus to initiate an action. IBM® Lotus® Notes® provides a number of pre-defined toolbars that contain a set of icon buttons for specific tasks, as well as the capability to create your own.
