To prevent a file resource from being refreshed
When you have edited a file resource and do not want to save the changes, do not refresh it. You can identify a file resource that has been edited but not yet refreshed in two ways:
To prevent a file resource from being refreshed:

1. In the files work pane, highlight the file resource that you have edited.

2. In the File Resource properties box, clear the "Needs refresh" check box.
