EditInsertPopup @Command
Creates a hotspot that displays text.
Syntax
@Command( [EditInsertPopup] )
Usage
A document must be open in Edit mode with text selected in a rich text field
or
A form, subform, or page must be open in Design mode and text must be selected.
This command does not work on the Web.
