Note This tag generates HTML that causes the page to reload when a user clicks it. If you want to save the parameters that you passed into the page, you must use a preserve tag for each parameter you want to save or it will be lost when the page reloads.

Note If a page containing this tag is included in another page using the <jsp:include> action tag, the hypertext link that the validhref attribute creates will not function.

The following attributes are optional:

showdisabled

Indicates whether or not to display the link when save is disabled. In view mode, save is always disabled. If you want to display the link with an icon, include an HTML <img> tag that represents an image file in the body of the tag. Include a disabled image using the docnavimg tag. Default is false.

Text for button label. To localize the text, use the msg tag in the body of the saveclosedoc tag. Default is "Save/Close" (localized).

Overrides the validhref attribute of the context form tag to indicate where the request should be redirected to once the save has occurred.
